At the moment, we only ship to the UK.

Standard shipping takes 3 days, and express shipping is the next day if ordered before 12 pm.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you will receive a full refund if your payment is successful. However, for hygiene reasons, we are not able to refund purchases of the Wudu Anywhere Mat. If you purchased this product as part of a bundle, we will refund the other included products.
Is there free delivery?
Yes, there will be a free delivery for on orders £40 and above.
Do you accept bulk orders or wholesale price?

Returns
Can I get a refund/returns if I am unsatisfied with the products?
We offer a 14-day full money-back guarantee. However, we cannot accept the product back if used due to hygiene factors.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
All sales are final. We currently don't accept exchanges. However, we accept returns for all items except the Wudu Anywhere Mat.
